Sales Coordinator

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Sales Coordinator at HL Mando Corporation do Brasil, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in daily operations, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records. You will coordinate sales processes, assist in preparing reports, and liaise with various teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations processes for effective support and efficiency
• Expertise in Customer Service and Communication skills to provide excellent client interactions
• Familiarity with Sales activities, including record management, reporting, and process optimization
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Previous experience in sales coordination or a related role is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant sales software and tools
