As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Sales and Operations teams, facilitating seamless communication with customers, suppliers, subsidiaries, and dealers to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Management or Supervisors, contributing to the smooth operation of the Sales and Operations departments.
- Assist the Operations Manager in managing emails and responding to all inquiries from existing and potential customers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Aid in the preparation of quotations, sales proposals, contracts, and other client-facing documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Track and monitor sales activities and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to support business objectives and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and precise order fulfillment, supporting the overall sales process.
- Accurately process sales orders, ensuring they align with customer specifications and internal procedures. Maintain and organize all pertinent sales documentation, overseeing the order processing within the system.
