Job Summary
You will coordinate sales activities by processing orders accurately, preparing sales documents, responding to customer enquiries including Greater China, and collaborating with teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and services.
Responsibilities
- Process sales orders accurately according to customer requirements to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare quotations, delivery orders, reports, and other sales-related documents to support sales operations
- Respond promptly to enquiries on products, services, and project tenders for local and overseas customers including Greater China
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the smooth delivery of parts and service orders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales information to support business tracking and reporting
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination within industries such as oil & gas, offshore, marine, or manufacturing
- Willingness to learn and adapt through on-the-job training
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales information
