Job Summary
Support sales operations by managing customer interactions, preparing sales documents, assisting in sales reporting, and coordinating with operations to ensure timely delivery and accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and follow-ups professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
- Prepare accurate sales quotations and invoice billing to customers for timely processing
- Assist Sales Manager in compiling monthly sales reports and forecasting sales for management review
- Monitor and follow up on customers outstanding payments to ensure timely collections
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers to support repeat business
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to coordinate and ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain up-to-date customer records, pricing information, and sales data for accuracy and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in indoor sales or similar roles
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with colleague
- 5.5 days per week
