- Position : Sales Coordinator / Executive (Freight Forwarding)
- Location : Pasir Panjang
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + Commissions + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:
- Follow up with network partners, overseas offices and agents on rate enquiries.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate rates with overseas agents and carriers.
- Assist with rates filing for carriers and SOC containers when required.
- Handle indoor sales activities, including telemarketing to develop new accounts.
- Visit customers when needed to maintain relationships and support business growth.
- Coordinate with internal operations team on urgent shipment matters when required.
- Support general freight forwarding enquiries and sales administration duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics or shipping.
- Knowledge of forwarding operations will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Able to work independently and handle rate enquiries efficiently.
- Comfortable with indoor sales, telemarketing and occasional customer visits.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
