Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team
Act as the first point of contact for customers by handling calls, emails, and enquiries, especially when Sales Representatives are unavailable
Process customer orders accurately by verifying pricing, discounts, product details, and stock availability
Prepare and issue quotations in a timely manner
Attend to walk-in customers and ensure a positive customer experience
Support after-sales activities, including following up on service matters, quotations, disputes, and loan units with key customers
Update and track sales revenue based on data provided by the Accounts team
Leverage AI tools (where applicable) to improve efficiency and productivity
Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Degree preferred candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or Customer Service role is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Well-organized with good administrative and problem-solving skills
