The Sales Coordinator supports the fumigation sales team by coordinating sales activities, preparing quotations and documentation, liaising with customers and operations, and ensuring smooth execution of fumigation services from enquiry to completion. This role acts as a key link between sales, operations, and clients to ensure timely, compliant, and customer-satisfactory service delivery.
Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and service agreements in a timely manner.
Prepare service scheduling/rosters for the Technicians.
Ensure all job requirements, permits, safety procedures, and compliance documents are in place.
Track job progress and update customers on service status when required.
Assist in preparing job orders, work instructions, and completion reports.
Support tender submissions and contract renewals.
Handle general administrative duties related to sales coordination.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
