Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team, helping manage customer relationships, process orders, maintain sales data, and coordinate sales-related activities. This role ensures that the sales department runs efficiently and contributes to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
. Support the sales team in day-to-day operations.
. Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices.
. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the sales team.
. Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases
. Communicate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and service issues.
. Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
. Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth customer service.
. Respond to incoming sales inquiries and route them appropriately.
. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence.
Requirements:
. Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
. Good command of English and Mandarin
. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
. Attention to detail and self initiative
. High school diploma or equivalent degree in business or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills:
. Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
