Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant at GL Auto in Singapore. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for meeting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include consulting on a range of pre-owned cars, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing paperwork, handling transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves both direct sales and follow-up services to ensure long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting techniques
• Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is advantageous
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
