Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in the aesthetic healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, wellness, and skincare, combined with a strong background in sales and client relations. You will be responsible for guiding clients through treatment options, promoting services and products, and driving revenue through exceptional service and expert recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with new and existing clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Present and promote the company's services and medical-grade skincare lines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management and improve revenues for treatment and product sales
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain detailed client records and follow-up on leads and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in aesthetic medicine and skincare.
- Collaborate with medical and clinical staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist Doctors for medical procedures when required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of non-surgical treatments (e.g., injectables, lasers, facials, body contouring) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills.
- Confident, polished, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to educate clients and upsell in a consultative, ethical manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software.
- High school diploma or equivalent degree or certification in aesthetics, nursing, or business is a plus.
