Your contribution to the team includes:
. Achieve sales and other key business targets.
. Demonstrate professional high-quality service.
. Understand clients needs and provide professional skin-care counselling to clients.
. Be familiar with the products and services and make recommendations based on the client's needs (training will be provided).
. Building good rapport and establishing good relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
. Handle customer's feedback.
. Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
You should have:
. Minimum (GCE) Ordinary Level or equivalent
. Strong aptitude in promotional techniques - without hard selling
. Result driven and service oriented.
. Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
. Able to handle service & sales orientated environment
. Able to work confidently and pro-actively in a fast-paced environment.
. Candidate who has beauty/spa certificate will be an advantage.
. Able to communicate effectively with clients regarding their queries and concerns
. Previous Airline crew welcome
