Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, sales orders, and delivery documents
  • Coordinate with customers on order requirements, delivery schedules, and inquiries
  • Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, purchasing, and accounts to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Back up for Order Fulfilment Role (Need to be train for this role)
  • Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and reports
  • Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requests
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales department

Requirements

  • GCE O Level / Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Able to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented
