Job Title: Sales Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, sales orders, and delivery documents
- Coordinate with customers on order requirements, delivery schedules, and inquiries
- Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, purchasing, and accounts to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Back up for Order Fulfilment Role (Need to be train for this role)
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and reports
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requests
- Provide general administrative support to the sales department
Requirements
- GCE O Level / Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented
