Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in quotation preparation, client communication, and project follow-through. This role requires strong coordination skills, attentiveness to detail, and the ability to manage multiple sales-related tasks professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, tender documents and sales-related paperwork
- Coordinate with clients on inquiries, project scheduling, and delivery arrangements
- Track sales leads, follow-ups, and maintain updated sales records & CRM system
- Work closely with the operations team for job scheduling & reporting timelines
- Assist with invoice preparation, purchase orders, and basic financial documentation
- Handle client calls/emails professionally and provide timely updates
- Support marketing activities, sales reporting, and customer service tasks
- Assist in preparing sales decks, presentations, and company profiles
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Sales or related field preferred (fresh entry level may apply)
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to multitask, prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Initiative-driven, customer-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Experience in sales coordination or quotation support will be an advantage
