Role Description

The Sales Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct sales, channel partnerships, and new business initiatives across government hospitals, private healthcare institutions, and specialist clinics within APAC region. Beyond quota attainment, this role is expected to identify and build new revenue streams — through new accounts, new market segments, and strategic partnerships — making business development an equal pillar alongside sales execution.

Qualifications

  • A start-up mentality is a must; a willingness to continue questioning and learning rapidly
  • A can-do attitude; a great team player
  • At least 6 years of experience in sales within the MedTech or medical device industry
  • Familiarity with ENT medical technologies or healthcare markets is a big plus
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage both clinical and administrative stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to open new markets or accounts
  • Proven track record of managing and growing distributor networks in the healthcare sector
  • Self-motivated with excellent territory planning and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Energetic, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
