Job Description

Our client is a medical technology (MedTech) company. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to support and strengthen their operations team. They are located in the West- easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Direct Sales Growth - Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, clinical demonstrations, tender submissions, contract negotiations, and account management across hospitals, specialist clinics, and healthcare institutions.
  • Develop Strategic Customer Relationships - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, surgeons, nurses, procurement teams, hospital administrators, and other healthcare stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
  • Manage Distributor & Channel Partnerships - Recruit, onboard, and support distributors and resellers, develop joint business plans, provide training and technical support, and conduct regular performance reviews to maximize market coverage and revenue.
  • Lead Business Development Initiatives - Identify new market opportunities, untapped customer segments, and expansion prospects while developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products and market entries.
  • Drive Tenders & Market Expansion - Lead tender and government procurement activities, manage submission processes, influence specifications, and support market access initiatives to secure new business opportunities.
  • Strengthen Brand Presence & Market Intelligence - Represent the company at medical conferences and industry events, build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), gather market and competitive insights, and collaborate with internal teams to support product positioning and growth strategies.


Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in sales within the MedTech or medical device industry, experience in ENT will be a plus.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage both clinical and administrative stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to open new markets or accounts - not just manage existing one.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing distributor networks in the healthcare secto
