Following our merger with BOLD in 2022, we entered an exciting new phase of growth - combining strong distribution fundamentals with modern omni channel retail, digital commerce, and brand-building capabilities.

Today, we partner with leading department stores including Isetan, Metro, Parksons, OG, and Takashimaya, alongside corporate clients such as UOB, Maybank, Fitness First, SMU, and DCS. We also continue to grow our digital footprint across Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and our own online platforms.

We are now looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Sales & Business Development Manager to lead and grow our retail and B2B business in Singapore.

The Role

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can balance day-to-day execution with commercial growth.

You will be responsible for managing our retail operations, B2B coordination, sales tracking, inventory flow, promoter management, and partner relationships, while also helping us expand into new retail opportunities and grow wholesale / corporate business across Singapore.

You'll work closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, warehouse, finance, and management, and play a key role in ensuring that our brands are executed strongly across every customer touchpoint.

KeyResponsibilities

RetailOperations & Store Execution

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, counters, pop-ups, and event locations
  • Ensure smooth execution across store operations, staffing, stock availability, customer experience, and partner coordination
  • Manage inventory flow across stores and sales channels, including stock transfers, replenishment, returns, and fulfilment coordination
  • Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, system updates, and close coordination with warehouse teams
  • Monitor SKU performance, consumer trends, and store-level sales to support better stock planning and assortment decisions
  • Coordinate product listings, stock transfers, and purchase order creation where required
  • Support the planning, setup, and launch of new stores, counters, and short-term retail activations
  • Coordinate visual merchandising, branding, displays, and event execution with internal teams and external agencies

TeamManagement & Retail Partner Coordination

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and manage promoters / retail staff
  • Plan staff schedules, track attendance and timesheets, and manage performance and incentive administration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with department store partners, store managers, supervisors, and buyers
  • Ensure strong communication and alignment with retail partners on stock, sales performance, promotions, and operational issues

B2B Operations & Business Development

  • Manage day-to-day operations for B2B, wholesale, and corporate accounts
  • Coordinate customer orders, invoicing, deliveries, returns, and payment follow-ups
  • Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and courier partners to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment
  • Maintain strong communication with existing B2B clients and support account servicing requirements
  • Identify and develop new wholesale, corporate, and business partnership opportunities across Singapore
  • Support management in growing the B2B and wholesale channel through proactive business development and account expansion

SalesTracking, Reporting & Commercial Support

  • Track and analyse monthly sales performance across retail and B2B channels
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, stock movement, business performance, and operational issues for management review
  • Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments, claims, and partner escalations
  • Highlight risks, sales gaps, and operational bottlenecks early, and recommend practical solutions
  • Support management with data and insights for retail expansion, stock planning, and commercial decision-making

OperationalCoordination & Ad-Hoc Support

  • Handle administrative tasks related to retail operations, sales coordination, and partner support
  • Coordinate product repairs and source parts where required
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of launches, promotions, and ongoing business operations
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives as the business evolves

Who We'reLooking For

We're looking for someone who is commercially aware, highly organised, hands-on, and proactive - someone who enjoys being close to the business and taking ownership across both operations and growth.

You'll likely be a strong fit if you have:

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in retail operations, sales operations, store management, key account coordination, B2B sales support, or wholesale operations
  • Experience in retail, lifestyle, fashion, bags, accessories, gifting, consumer goods, or omni-channel trading / distribution businesses
  • Good understanding of how retail businesses operate across stores, inventory, staff, promotions, and sales performance
  • Experience working with department stores, retail counters, promoters, pop-ups, or event retail formats
  • Confidence in managing multiple moving parts across sales, operations, inventory, people, and partner relationships
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with both frontline teams and business stakeholders
  • A practical, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and solve problems on the go
  • Good reporting and Excel skills, with comfort working on sales and stock tracking
  • Familiarity with Shopify, POS, inventory systems, or marketplace operations would be an advantage
