Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Executive
-Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for NVOCC services
-Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and revenue
-Prepare and present freight quotations, rate proposals, and service solutions
-Negotiate rates and commercial terms while protecting company margins
-Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals
Account Management
-Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers
-Understand customer shipping requirements and propose suitable routing and service options
-Coordinate closely with Operations, Documentation, and Finance teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
-Handle customer inquiries, service issues, and follow-ups professionally
Marketing & Market Intelligence
-Promote company services, trade lanes, and value propositions to the market
-Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and trade lane developments
-Support marketing initiatives such as rate campaigns, customer visits, and industry networking
-Provide market feedback to management for pricing and strategy decisions
Reporting & Administration
-Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
-Maintain accurate customer and sales records
-Support management with commercial analysis and business planning
