Job Description:

  • To execute and manage lead generation, actively source for potential business leads from target market through various channels.
  • Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, networking, and social media, to reach prospects.
  • Craft sales proposals and pitches for different projects for the Company.
  • Understand the events & creative mediaproduction industry.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Do market research and develop marketing content to promote the company's products/services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Prepare quotations and invoices for clients while adhering to budget plan.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products or services.
  • Achieve quarterly sales objectives and forecast sales activity accurately.
  • Promote and sell company's products/services to potential clients.
  • Coordinate, plan and handover closed projects with relevant departments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration with 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to adapt and be initiative at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong persistence and discipline to complete tasks on hand.
  • Strong documenting skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Must have sufficient knowledge in video production and live events.
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile.
  • Keen to take on a leadership role in the future.
  • Able to think out of the box to find solutions.
