Job Summary
The Sales Promoter is responsible for actively engaging customers to promote CPM/TCM health products, delivering confident product presentations, supporting promotional events, and driving sales performance. This role requires strong communication skills, proven sales experience in trade channels, and flexibility to work retail hours across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage walk-in customers to promote CPM/TCM health products
- Deliver confident and knowledgeable product presentations, including benefits, usage instructions, and ingredients, to enhance customer experience and drive sales
- Support marketing initiatives such as in-store promotions, roadshows, and atrium sales events
- Provide tailored product recommendations and respond to customer inquiries effectively
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary School or N Level qualification in any discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in General Trade (e.g., mini marts, provision shops), Traditional Trade (e.g., medical halls), or Modern Trade (e.g., supermarkets, convenience stores)
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the TCM industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about retail and a strong team player
- Willingness to travel across Singapore for atrium and event-based sales activities
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
