Senior / Sales Associate - Zenith Singapore
Acting as a brand ambassador for Zenith, you will be responsible for providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, as well as meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
Sales
- Drive Sales to achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding client expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as ZENITH history and heritage in accordance with ZENITH selling ceremony
- Demonstrate a high standard of luxury service by actively listening to customers needs and providing tailored recommendations
- Ensure full compliance to all retail procedures and operational guidelines
Client Relationship Management (CRM)
- Maintain an active, accurate, neat, and organized client book, contacting clients regularly and providing appropriate follow-up on all sales or client requests
- Capture new meaningful customer data according to ZENITH CRM tool to personalize communications, and deliver a memorable shopping experience
- Promote and actively participate to events
- Propose new ideas to attract new clients and expand client book
Boutique Housekeeping
- Ensure the boutique is consistently presented at the highest standard by overseeing the tidiness and cleanliness of all areas
- Manage in-store ambiance that enhances the customer experience (music, drinks, )
- Contribute to upholding merchandising material and products presentation in accordance with ZENITH standards

- Cultivate an environment of mutual respect and teamwork by consistently supporting your colleagues and collaborating harmoniously with all members of the team to achieve shared goals.
Ad Hoc Activities
- Provide assistance with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Boutique Manager, demonstrating flexibility and support wherever needed.
Profile
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations with a successful sales track record, luxury watch industry would be a plus Sales acumen, results-driven, and can do attitude Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written Customer-oriented, and follow-up skills are essential Team player, self-motivated with a positive and committed mindset Presentable, mature and with high level of integrity, trust, and honesty Punctual, timeline conscientious and eagerness to learn Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
