Job Description

The Sales Associate's role is to create a good customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service. In addition, he/she has to be a good team player by supporting the retail team in store operation matters and whenever necessary.

sMeet/Exceed individual and store sales target

  • sAchieve all KPIs and CRM requirement
  • sFocus on cross, up-selling and have strong matchmaking skills for all product categorie

sProvide exceptional customer car

  • eDrive local clients network growt
  • hRecruit and convert prospect client
  • sBuild lasting relationships with clients by bonding with them, understanding their desires and providing advic
  • eMaintain client books to retain actual clients and detect new potential client
  • sKeep in contact with clients to arrange appointments/share collection information/product arrivals to grow loyalt

yGood team managemen

  • tMaintain an open, positive and constructive communication with team member

sProvide support in merchandise inventor

  • yKeep track of physical inventory of merchandise and inform Store Manager about product replenishmen
  • tAssist with refilling, unpacking, packing and sorting of stock

sProvide support in visual display of merchandis

  • eMaintain visual standards under the direction of VM departmen

tLead/Provide support in store projects/back office procedure

  • sProficient and accurate use of PO
  • SParticipate in all inventory, cycle counts and goods reception
  • sEnsure store functional maintenanc
  • eRespect stockroom guideline

sBe vigilant about store security and loss preventio

  • nPrevent, minimize and reduce risk of stock loss or theft occurrence at all time
