Our client is a leader in the Luxury Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.
Job Responsibilities:
- Aim to achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the overall store sales objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
- Address customer inquiries or complaints and provide professional feedback.
- Ensure that visual and merchandise displays are maintained in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Participate in inventory management tasks.
- Assist the Store Manager/Supervisor in preparing retail reports.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in retail sales
- Sales driven
- Good Customer Service
- Good Communication Skills
