Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in women's fashion and be able to provide styling advice and recommendations to customers.

• Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit or accessories for any occasion.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and ensuring that displays are visually appealing.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Attend training sessions and meetings to continually enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, conducting inventory counts, and replenishing stock as needed.

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and escalate any issues to management as necessary.

Requirements:

• Presentable, energetic, self motivated and a team player
• Able to commit retails hours (i.e. shift work, weekends and public holidays)
• People-oriented and possess a positive working attitude
