Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features of jewellery items to customers.
Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the jewellery display area
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to security and loss prevention.
Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and public holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.

Requirements

Experience in retail, preferably with sales background in jewellery
Good communication skills.
Cheerful, self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
Outgoing team player with strong interpersonal skills
Customer & sales oriented
Professional presentation
