• 5 days work week (Retail hours)
• Salary UP $3000
• Location: Islandwide

Job scope

• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting with purchases, handling complaints, returns, and exchanges, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain product knowledge to recommend items, implement cross-selling strategies, and consistently achieve sales goals.
• Uphold retail SOPs, store visual merchandising, and brand standards to ensure a neat, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Process sales transactions accurately, manage stock receipts, replenishment, and support e-commerce order fulfillment.
• Conduct stock takes, manage inventory, minimize stock losses, and ensure proper handling of damaged or defective merchandise.
