Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences, assisting with styles, colors, and fits based on individual preferences
Build strong customer relationships and represent the llora brand with professionalism and warmth
Support daily sales operations, manage inventory, assist with stock replenishment and basic housekeeping
Maintain an attractive and on-brand visual merchandising and store presentation
Manage customer enquiries, expectations, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
Assist with store events, promotions, and activations
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and overall store performance
Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity
Strong understanding of luxury goods, including handbags and accessories, and ability to communicate product knowledge effectively
Maintains a positive, proactive and professional attitude in a customer-facing environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create meaningful customer connections
Great team player who enjoys collaborating in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work retail hours, shift work, 5 days a week (including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays)
Previous luxury retail experience is a plus
Fluency in English is preferred
Ex-cabin crew with strong customer service backgrounds are welcome to apply
