Luxury Sales Associate

We are hiring Sales Associates to join a premium luxury retail boutique in Singapore. This role focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering a refined and personalised customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
. Achieve individual and store sales targets
. Proactively engage walk-in customers
. Build and maintain a loyal client base, including high-value customers
. Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support
. Share brand heritage, craftsmanship, and product knowledge with customers
. Generate new business through client outreach, appointments, and in-store events
. Maintain accurate CRM records and support marketing campaigns
. Support daily store operations and ensure compliance with SOPs
. Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
. Take ownership of personal performance and store productivity

Requirements:

. Enjoy engaging with customers and building relationships
. Passion for retail sales
. Prior experience in luxury, watches, jewellery, or premium retail is an advantage
. Sales-driven with strong communication skills
. Comfortable working retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
. Professional grooming and presentation required
. Eligible to work in Singapore

Salary & Incentives:

. Base salary: $2,500 - $3,000 per month
. Individual commission
. Pool commission
. High-ticket sales incentives

Additional Information:

. Planned headcount: 3 Sales Associates (2026)
. Boutique locations at prime retail malls in Singapore
