We're Hiring:Sales Associate (Luxury Retail)

Join a leading luxury jewellery brand as a Sales Associate and deliver an exceptional shopping experience while achieving attractive commission earnings!

Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and attentive customer service
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry and provide product knowledge
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through upselling and clienteling
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock accuracy
- Support daily store operations including cashiering and inventory

Requirements
- Prior retail experience with established brands preferred
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing sales environment
- Able to commit to a long-term role
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Able to cover at least 44 hours per week, including at least 2 full-shift days
- Good communication skills. Ability to read Chinese and speak Mandarin is preferred due to customer profile
- Professional grooming and presentation standards required
- Singaporeans Only

Location
- Islandwide outlets across Singapore

Work Details
- Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift
- For Changi Airport Terminal 1, shifts start as early as 6.00am and may end at 12.00am
- Company transport provided for staff ending at midnight shift at Changi locations

Salary
Up to $3,500 monthly basic + comms
