Job Description

Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over 3 million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered.

You will be a valued member of our Brand Experience (BX) team, under the Retail Operations function. As Secretlab's biggest brand ambassadors, you'll engage with customers, maximize sales, and deliver the best experience to all visitors in our showroom and seasonal events.

Our Brand Experience team is focused on making Secretlab's products physically accessible to our international audiences and cementing our position as the ergonomic chair of choice. This includes being a part of collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Harry Potter and Lamborghini, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement and Sales

  • Serve as the primary host for all showroom visitors (both walk-in customers and pre-booked appointments). This includes supporting customers with building access, escorting them to the showroom, and providing reception cover where necessary.
  • Proactively engage customers and deliver detailed product demonstrations.
  • Adopt a consultative selling approach, guiding customers towards the most suitable products while actively informing them about sales & promotions.
  • Assist customers with navigating Secretlab's website during the online ordering process.
  • Strive to meet or exceed targets such as Average Transaction Value (AOV), Units per Transaction (UPT), Conversion Rate, and customer reviews.

  • Events and Brand Representation

Showroom Operations & Improvement

  • Maintain the showroom's visual standards by ensuring all products are clean, fully operational, and properly displayed.
  • Actively participate in showroom improvement initiatives to enhance overall customer experience & sales.
  • Gather, document, and share customer feedback/pain points to support continuous improvements in service quality and operations.


Job Details
Start Date : ASAP

Working Hours : 10am - 8pm

Pay Rate : $10/hour + Commission

Location: Braddell

Commitment: Minimum 3 - 4 days per week, preferably able to commit for at least 6 months
