Sales Assistant / Senior Sales Assistant

Monthly Salary: UP to $2500 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Multiple locations

Working hours: 5 days work week. 44 hours. Morning shift, afternoon shift and full shift.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.

• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions.

• Drive sales by achieving individual and store sales targets.

• Process transactions accurately (cash, credit card, digital payments).

• Assist in stock management, including receiving, replenishing, and organizing merchandise.

• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards.

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.

• Stay updated on current promotions, new products, and brand guidelines.

• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Previous retail experience in sales or customer service (experience in fashion or footwear preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for women's products and fashion.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Willingness to take initiative and embrace challenges.
