Job Position: Sales Assistant Manager

Salary Range: $7,000 - $8,500

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients

• Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives

• Work closely with engineering teams to provide suitable product solutions, including magnetic components

• Provide technical support and handle client enquiries professionally

• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or related field

• Relevant experience in sales of electronic components or related products

• Basic understanding of magnetic components and their applications

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in English and Mandarin to support communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, stakeholders, and suppliers across regional markets

• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to travel when required
