Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to manage organizational sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Lead Sales and Business Development efforts, including identifying and developing new client accounts.
- Meet planned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Execute effective sales strategies to achieve daily call and conversion targets.
- Ensure minimum sales gross margin targets are met while monitoring invoicing and receivables.
- Track sales performance and prepare timely reports for management review.
- Oversee the performance, productivity, and activities of the sales team.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to generate and follow up on leads.
- Provide ongoing training, motivation, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their performance.
- Promote the organization's brand and product offerings in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Provide strategic insights and business development initiatives for assigned market segments.
- Be willing to work beyond office hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by management.
Requirements & Skills
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, with relevant industry experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships at all organizational levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven experience in developing and executing partner marketing and sales plans.
- Systematic approach to sharing knowledge and best practices across teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a curiosity-driven mindset to test, measure, and optimize performance.
