As a Sales Assistant Manager, you will drive the execution of sales order processes and collaborate with sales coordinators to ensure achievement of sales targets. Reporting to the COO, you will oversee sales department performance and contribute to cross-functional projects that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the facilitation and timely processing of sales orders to meet established sales targets
- Collaborate with sales coordinators to monitor sales order progress and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage communication with internal teams and external customers to clarify requirements and resolve complaints, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Take ownership of customer relationships to maintain and enhance overall satisfaction levels
- Support the Sales Manager by managing ad hoc tasks and stepping in during their absence to maintain sales operations continuity
- Participate actively in cross-corporate projects to support new project progress and ensure timely launches according to schedule
Qualification & Requirements:
- Degree, Diploma, or Technical Certificates in relevant fields
- Experience in production management
- Proven ability to work independently and manage workload under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and plan tasks effectively
