Job Description
- Prepare quotations and other documents.
- Understand construction site safety documents (Risk Assessment & Method Statement)
- Coordination with client as well as AutoCAD drafting, and QS works.
- Quantity takes off and cost estimation based on technical details, drawings, and specifications.
- Tendering and contract documents administration, preparing BQ, cost estimate, control, and budgeting
- Assist in preparation of relevant documentation for drawing submission.
- Prepare layout design.
- Prepare system layout design. Draft single line and detailed drawings as per customer's requirements.
Job Requirements
- Experience in AutoCAD is preferred. Knowledge in Electrical Diagrams will be an advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, M&E, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
