Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to support both sales activities and administrative functions. The Sales cum Personal Assistant will assist the management team with daily operational tasks, handle customer enquiries, and help drive business growth through sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Group Managing Director.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Handle ad-hoc operational duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Logistics or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
