Job Scope:
Customer Service:
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs by replying email or sending quotation
- Maintain good relationship with customer
Sales Support:
- Generate and send out quotation, DO and invoices.
- Upsell or cross-sell related products or services.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Stock Management:
- Order Stock and make sure item is delivered on time
- Assist with stock receiving, packing, and unpacking.
Administrative Duties:
- Prepare sales reports or other documentation as required.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Report issues to the supervisor or manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
- Level or N-Level certificates (Secondary school qualifications).
- Diploma from a Polytechnic or Institute of Technical Education (ITE) can be an advantage, but it is not always required.
Relevant Experience:
- Experience in hardware or retail industry
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, be able to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and replying emails,
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Sales skills, including upselling and cross-selling.
