Job Description

Job Summary

You will welcome customers, assist with orders, promote menu items, handle payments, process takeaway and delivery orders, respond to inquiries, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and support daily operations to ensure a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing accurate orders to enhance satisfaction
  • Promote menu items, meals, and special offers to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Recommend dishes based on customer preferences to support informed selections
  • Handle cashier and payment transactions accurately to ensure smooth checkout processes
  • Process takeaway and delivery orders efficiently to meet customer expectations
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback to resolve issues and improve service
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant to uphold hygiene and ambiance standards
  • Support daily restaurant operations by assisting team members as needed to ensure smooth workflow
