As part of our growth, we're looking for a Sales Assistant (Renovation) to support our sales team and director - combining customer service, sales support, and project coordination in one dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support & Client Service
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Handle customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Build rapport with clients and provide excellent after-sales support
- Participate in client consultation sessions alongside senior consultants or the Director
- Support marketing activities, showroom upkeep, and events when needed
- Project & Site Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients and project teams
- Join site visits to understand renovation progress, handover process, and customer service needs
- Liaise with designers, project coordinators, and suppliers for smooth order processing
- Support material selection, color matching, and preparation of sample/mood boards for clients
Assist in site supervision and coordination with contractors and carpentry teams
- Administration & Documentation
- Maintain proper sales records, documentation, and follow-ups
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Director in planning, scheduling, and execution
Requirements
- Fresh grads welcome training provided
- Prior experience in renovation sales/coordination is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp preferred
- Strong interest in renovation, interior design, and client servicing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Mandarin-speaking is a plus)
Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to travel for site meetings when required - Able to commit 5.5 days/week (6-day availability is a bonus)
