Location: Buona Vista
Salary: Up to $3,500

5-Day Work Week | Office Hours
3-Month Contract | Strong Potential for Conversion to Permanent

Job Scope:

• Support recruitment: job postings, scheduling interviews & candidate communications
• Assist with employee onboarding: contracts, forms, data entry & work pass applications
• Maintain HR records & ensure compliance with data protection policies
• Handle employee offboarding processes
• Support HR operations: staff welfare, HR metrics reporting, updating org charts
• Any other HR duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in HR Management or related field
• Prior HR experience/internships exp welcome
