  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience in Human Resource and marketing and running a team.
  • Minimum 5 years experiece in Human Resource, employment agency and Marketing, local and overseas
  • Able to commit working on weekend and public holiday
  • Able to commit long hours working
  • Have Class 3 Licenese
  • Willing to travel overseas
