What You'll Primarily Do:
Content Creation & Strategy
- Create content that showcases our app builds and client success stories
- Produce videos documenting the development process and client results
- Write clear, compelling copy for our website, proposals, and marketing materials
- Develop case studies and testimonials
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential clients who need app development
- Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls
- Support the sales process with marketing materials and follow-up
Digital Marketing & Growth
- Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
- Create video content for social platforms and client presentations
- Build and optimize landing pages using no-code tools
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to improve performance
Your Learning Path:
Step 1: Understanding Our Process
- Shadow app development projects to understand what we deliver
- Learn to communicate technical concepts in accessible language
- Master our tools: Carrd, social platforms, video editing, CRM systems
Step 2: Content & Video Systems
- Build content workflows and templates
- Learn video editing and production (basic setup provided)
- Create case study frameworks and video testimonials
- Develop email marketing sequences for lead nurturing
Step 3: Business Development
- Build prospect research systems
- Create outreach templates and follow-up sequences
- Learn sales qualification and discovery techniques
- Track pipeline and conversion metrics
Access to Premium Tools: We'll provide company accounts for LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva Pro, video editing software, CRM tools, and other marketing platforms.
What You'll Get:
- 15% commission on clients you directly bring in
- 5% commission on projects from leads you generate
- Fixed monthly stipend for general marketing work

What We're Looking For:
- Someone who can write clearly and create engaging video content
- Comfortable with outreach and talking to potential clients
- Willing to experiment and iterate on marketing and BD approaches
- No prior experience needed, just genuine interest in marketing and business development

- A 500-word case study that would convince someone to hire us
- A 60-90 second video pitch about this project (phone recording is fine)
- A LinkedIn outreach message you'd send to a prospect who might need similar work
Include:

- What results the client achieved
- Clear calls-to-action for each format
Format:
- Keep written content to one page
- Show your communication style across different mediums
- You can research our work, but create in your own voice
