With over a decade of experience and two established brands, Ashley Low Photography and Bloom Photography, we're passionate about creating timeless keepsakes for families while delivering warm, personalised service.
We're now looking for a creative and driven Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing in a growing creative business.
What You'll Do
Sales & Customer Relations
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Guide clients through our packages and help them find the best fit for their needs
- Assist with sales follow-ups and client bookings
- Maintain excellent customer service and uphold our studio's warm, professional tone
Marketing & Creative
- Design simple marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and digital ads
- Assist in managing social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with regards to sales promotions
- Update website content (e.g., photos, packages, blog posts)
- Support marketing campaigns, collaborations, and studio events
- Research market trends and assist in content ideation
- Do business development work by sending out cold emails to businesses for collaboration
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields
- Passionate about photography, family, and creative storytelling
- Strong communication and writing skills (English proficiency required)
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
- Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing
- Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
- Bonus: Knowledge of photography, website editing (Shopify)
