Job Description:
Support regional distributor management, marketing coordination, and arcade operations across Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned key account distributors across Southeast Asian markets.
- Coordinate with distributors on local marketing events, promotions, and retailer acquisition.
- Liaise with Marketing and Sales teams on sales and marketing matters.
- Provide administrative support, including preparation of documentation.
- Oversee office administration, maintenance, travel bookings, accounting, payroll, and general operations.
- Collaborate with local agents and promoters to plan arcade game events, secure head office approval, and support event execution.
- Identify and secure new locations for arcade game machine installations and negotiate with retail partners.
- Perform simple troubleshooting and basic maintenance for arcade game machines.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer-facing, sales, or marketing experience.
- Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Strong interest in the entertainment and gaming industries.
- Willingness to perform administrative duties as required.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in event planning and management.
