Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Advergreen's digital and outdoor advertising solutions
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research
• Present and promote Advergreen's services to potential clients in a clear and convincing manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners
• Understand client needs and propose suitable advertising solutions
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up to close deals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Support marketing activities such as campaigns, events, and promotions
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Assist in developing sales strategies to grow brand presence and revenue

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Previous experience in advertising, media, or digital marketing is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented with a self-driven attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising platforms
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools
