Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore.
As a Junior Sales & Marketing Executive, you will support both our marketing activities and sales processes.
You do not need to be an expert - just someone with initiative, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Sales Support
- Handling inbound enquiries (WhatsApp/DMs)
- Assisting with lead follow-ups and scheduling consultations
- Supporting the preparation of proposals and packages
- Helping track and organise sales data
Marketing Support
- Assisting with simple content creation and posting (IG, TikTok, Facebook)
- Supporting campaign planning and basic analytics
- Coordinating with designers/editors on marketing assets
- Helping maintain company updates across digital platforms
General Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients professionally
- Coordinating with internal teams (design, operations, web)
- Contributing ideas for marketing and sales improvements
- Supporting day-to-day business operations when needed
This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn digital marketing, understand basic sales, and grow into a more senior position over time.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good communication - verbal and written
- Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn
- Organised, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-moving environment
Bonus (not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (social media, ads, SEO, websites)
- Experience with Canva or simple editing tools
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
