Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop strategies: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive team success.
- Lead the team: Manage and inspire the sales team to enhance overall performance and productivity.
- Build relationships: Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Stay competitive: Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Report progress: Regularly communicate sales performance and market developments to senior management.
- Installation & Support: Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical systems post-sale.
- Product Expertise: Understand the design, function, and technical specs of products or systems inside out.
- Technical Customization: Work with clients to tailor solutions to their specific engineering needs.
- Understanding technical products or services deeply enough to explain them to clients in a compelling way.
Education & Experience requirement
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
- At least 5 years experience in technical sales, marketing, or engineering roles
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to motivate, coach and develop team members
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Work base in Singapore office
