Key Responsibilities
Agent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify, engage, and onboard qualified real estate agents to our platform
- Present value propositions and service offerings tailored to agent needs
- Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration into our ecosystem
Sales Enablement & Performance Growth
- Support agents in achieving sales targets through training, tools, and marketing support
- Monitor agent performance and provide actionable feedback and coaching
- Collaborate with marketing to develop agent-centric campaigns and lead generation strategies
Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
- Explore new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and property expos to build brand visibility
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with digital tools
