Caphatch is a Silicon Valley Accelerator helping international founders land in San Francisco, validate their go-to-market, and get investor-ready. We provide a premium SF business address, curated advisory, and fundraising for early-stage startups. www.caphatch.com

The Role

Bring qualified startups into Caphatchs Launchpad (Basic/Pro). Youll source, qualify, and close founders globallyworking your network, communities, universities, incubators, and events.

What Youll Own (Outcomes, not hours)

  • Source and close 310 qualified founder sign-ups/month (mix of Basic/Pro).
  • Build a steady top-of-funnel via partnerships (incubators, accelerators, student clubs, angels).
  • Run a crisp funnel: first touch discovery program fit close onboarding handoff.
  • Maintain clean notes and deal status; share weekly pipeline updates.
  • Represent the brand with founder-first energy and SF credibility.

Ideal Profile

  • 25+ years in B2B sales, venture services, accelerators, SaaS, or edtech partnerships.
  • A warm network of founders, program managers, or startup communities (global is a plus).
  • Hunter mindset, consultative selling, high integrity.
  • Comfortable as a 1099 independent contractor (commission-only).
  • Excellent written English; additional languages are a plus.

Compensation (Commission-Only, 1099)

Tiered plan; paid on cleared revenue (no base salary).

  • Baseline: 15% of upfront fees + 10% recurring on monthly program fees.
  • Performance Tiers: Silver 17%/12%, Gold 18%/13%, Platinum 20%/15% (hit monthly/quarterly targets).
  • Examples (illustrative):
  • Pro plan ($500 upfront + $250/mo): You earn $75 upfront + $25/month per signup.
  • Basic plan ($100 upfront + $150/mo): You earn $15 upfront + $15/month per signup.
  • Close 5 Pro founders this month $375 upfront + $125/month recurring; close 10 Pro $750 upfront + $250/month recurring.
  • Fast, transparent payouts; clawbacks only for refunds/chargebacks within the window.

Support Youll Get

  • Sales collateral, case studies, founder-facing decks, and a booking link for discovery calls.
  • Clear Ideal Customer Profile, qualification checklist, and objection-handling notes.
  • Weekly deal review with leadership.

How We Measure Success

  • Qualified sign-ups/month, revenue added, conversion rate from discovery close, retention in first 90 days, partner channels opened.
