Promote recruitment and manpower services to employers
Understand clients hiring needs and requirements
Prepare and follow up on service proposals, quotations, and agreements
Achieve sales and revenue targets
Advise clients on recruitment solutions and manpower options
Work closely with recruitment team to source suitable candidates
Present shortlisted candidates to clients
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Follow up on placement progress and onboarding
Handle enquiries professionally and promptly
Assist in document preparation for WP / S Pass / EP applications
Coordinate with HR/Admin team on MOM submissions
Ensure recruitment activities comply with MOM and EA regulations
Maintain accurate records of sales and recruitment activities
Prepare sales and placement reports
Update CRM / recruitment system regularly
Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, or related fields preferred
Experience in sales, recruitment, or HR consulting is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused and target-driven
Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, CRM)
Experience in employment agency / recruitment firm
Familiar with Singapore MOM regulations
Able to communicate with foreign workers
Multilingual ability is an advantage
