. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote workshop services and promotions.
. Create compelling and informative content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
. Attend to enquiries through digital channels and face to face at the workshop.
. Handle customer enquiries, explain services clearly and convert leads into bookings or sales.
. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
. Monitor sales performance and support the achievement of monthly KPIs.
. Liaise with the workshop team on service offerings, promotions and content planning.
. Conduct sales and marketing activities through online and offline channels to grow the customer base.
. Build brand awareness and strengthen TheCarWorkshop's presence in the East side automotive market.
. Support on site during marketing events, collaborations and campaigns to drive customer engagement.
. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
. Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Automotive or a related field.
. Strong understanding and interest in cars and automotive services.
. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
. Proficient in basic Microsoft Office and Excel.
. Good command of both verbal and written English.
. Possess a valid Class 3 or 3A driving licence.
. Singaporeans and PRs are welcome to apply.
. Customer service and sales oriented mindset.
. Comfortable appearing on camera for social media content.
. Able to work on Saturdays for half day.
